In the fourth quarter of 2022, the performance of the top 5 Tools apps on the Android platform in Austria showcased diverse trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the metrics for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.

eAusweise from Bundesministerium für Finanzen saw an initial surge in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 53K in mid-October. However, this number declined steadily, reaching around 3.8K by the end of December. Weekly active users also mirrored this trend, starting at 51.5K and gradually decreasing to about 14.4K.

Samsung Smart Switch Mobile by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads towards the end of the quarter, peaking at around 15.7K in mid-December. Weekly active users also saw a significant rise, reaching a high of approximately 35.4K in the same period.
